I placed an order for a cushion and throw to complete my revamped bedroom. I made the order at the end of January, but I just found out that the throw isn’t available anymore and they’re offering a refund. This was my first experience with this company, and honestly, saying I’m disappointed feels like an understatement. I ended up canceling the entire order for a refund.

"Gift Experience Was Lacking"
I got this as a present, but the person who received it ended up being charged, even though the buyer had already settled the bill. There’s no option to send it as a gift or include a message for the recipient. Plus, there’s no tracking feature. In the end, it turned out fine, but I had to let the recipient know, so it ruined the surprise. The product itself was good, and the recipient was happy, but I wouldn’t buy from this site again unless they make some improvements. Even now, the site won’t let me enter the date of my experience. Totally useless.

"My experience with a damaged unit"
About a week after my unit showed up, I tried to set it up only to discover it was wrecked. I reached out to the company with some photos, but they told me there was nothing they could do since it had been over 24 hours since I got it. No solutions, no help, not even a bit of advice, even though the unit was clearly damaged during shipping. Seriously, what kind of customer service is that? According to the consumer rights act, they should handle issues with items that got damaged in transit with the courier. I let them know about this, but they’ve gone silent. Plus, they haven’t given me any proof that my item was delivered in good condition. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Their customer service is just appalling! Now I’m out of pocket and left without a unit.

Not being familiar with this company, I ordered a plant pot and it showed up in less than a week. When I opened the package, I saw some chips on the pot. I reached out to the company and sent them some photos. In just 30 minutes, they got back to me with three different options. After I picked one, they replied with the date for the exchange, which was just a few days later. They kept me informed throughout the whole process until the new pot arrived. Other businesses could really take notes on the top-notch customer service I experienced. Thanks a lot, and I’ll definitely shop with them again.

"Improved experience after the takeover"
Gave shabby another shot since the new management took over. We had a rough time before when the product we ordered didn’t show up and we got zero updates. This time, though, the item showed up within the promised timeframe. I would’ve rated it 5 stars, but the delivery came in two separate shipments over two days.
